Thanks to recent inquiries you can now get my RSS feeds that I WAS keeping hidden. The links are on the right hand side of this page. I have included feeds for both this blog and the photoblog. Now I suppose you will want me to update this blog more often! Hope this helps some of you stay up to date :)

I got a call a week or two ago from a gentleman working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN downtown Chattanooga. He was interested in a couple images I took at La Feria Hispana last fall during one of the Chattanooga Markets. Apparently BCBST (Blue Cross …) was wanting to set up a display in one of their windows with information about La Paz de Dios, a Christian ministry to the Hispanic community in Chattanooga. Anyway long story short I had agreed to give the images to La Paz de Dios for promotional materials and the such so I sent him the images.

I stopped by this morning to see the display and it looks really great. They have three of my images printed rather large and set up on easels for display. You should stop by and check it out if you are in the area. It at the corner of Broad and 8th? If not it is close to there on Broad. Click on the image to see it bigger.

HUGE thank yous to my wonderful wife who took what would have been me sitting at Greyfriars with an embarrassing selection of SAMS Club cookies and made it into a grand buffet of yummy treats and a seamless event! The reception was all that I could have hoped for. Lots of friends stopped by including some of Erin’s CCS friends and parents of students. Got to meet a few new faces and a couple I have only known through email and blogs so that was really great. I even sold a few prints so how about that!

In the photo from left to right is Rich, Austen, Nathan, Me, Amber, Heather, and Addison. I am not sure if there were any other photos taken… I know this is the only one that I took and it was with someone else’s camera :) Thanks for the photo Rich.

You are invited to an open house/artist reception at Greyfriars Coffee this Sunday October 1, 2006!

Greyfriars is graciously hosting a reception and open house for the public to come down take a look around and mingle. There will be refreshments and snacks available.
