It has been a been a long few weeks of clearing stuff out of the nursery, pulling carpet, patching walls, painting, buying furniture, hauling stuff to storage, carpeting, picking up furniture, assembling a crib, and arranging it all in a tiny little room. Here are some pics of the progress. Starting with the room as we started (minus the carpet) moving through the steps above… then a few of the furniture separately.

Almost forgot to mention… the cute crib stuff (sheet… not pictured, skirt and quilt) were all gifts from Erin’s kindergarten class at the end of the year.

Josh and Jessica came down from Knoxville to have their engagement session on Sunday. We started at the Hunter Museum and wandered around the river front area. We nearly had to wade through Riverbend trash at times but still managed to have a little fun and we came away with some really great pics of these two! Thanks for coming down guys.

What a fun thing to do. Instead of having a gaudy drunken party for a bride to be… these friends all got together for a fun relaxing tea at a local coffee shop. They all prepare a written memory of a time they had with the bride, Jency. It was really fun to hear all the great things they had to say about her and all the fun times they shared as friends and sisters in faith.

With Riverbend on its opening night I knew that we would have to stay clear of the riverfront area. So I met up with Josh and Lauren at Miller Plaza and wandered around that general area for while. I am so glad you guys decided to have me photograph your wedding! I cant wait :)
