This is Lee and Amanda. Funny how things happen. I have known Lee for quite some time now but only via instant messenger. I supplied him some images to use in a website he was working on and we have been IM buddies since. The first time I met him in person was at the YPAC event that I shot for them a few months ago. So here we are shooting an engagement style session downtown.

We had a great time wandering around up and down Market Street hitting a few alleys on the way to and from. Thanks guys I had fun!

Monica emailed me a month or so ago wanting to do some engagement photos of her and her fiance Maurice. We thought we may be pushing it a little for having some fall foliage but the first opportunity we all that worked to get together was this weekend.

So I met them out near their home at the Nickajack Dam. We shot a few pics at the little park that is right on the lake and then we made use of the nice green bridge near there… causing traffic congestion since the bridge is only two lanes and they are narrow at that. Some of the locals were less than polite as they drove by :)

Anyway I promised Maurice I would get some pics up before he left for work again so the slideshow will be coming but I wanted to get these pics up before we head out of town for the afternoon.

I went over to Cashiers, NC for a fabulous weekend of wedding celebration! Robert and Kate decided to celebrate their wedding over there where Kate’s family spent summers growing up. It was truly beautiful. I went on Thursday night so I could shoot all day with them Friday hiking and then all day Saturday for the wedding.

So I blogged a few pics from the hike the other day and these are from the wedding. The girls got ready at the Weaver home in Cashiers. So I was there at around 11am for hair and makeup. Then I went over and met the guys at the church for some portraits. Then the girls at the church for portraits. After that the ceremony was short and sweet. I was not able to take pics but it was lovely I assure you :) Off then to Trillium Country Club for the reception. Lots of fun so check it out below.

Kate and Robert are both very talented graphic designers and they did all the printed materials for the wedding. They were really awesome that is why I have purposely selected a few of them to put in the slideshow and the pics below.
