Sweet little Avalene. She is my niece :) We tried to get some pictures of Avalene at our family reunion in WA a few weeks ago but weather and time kept working against us! I think we got a few good ones… we just had to wait a little while.

We LOVE these pictures Matt! You did an amazing job capture her little personality – even the way she constantly sticks her tongue out. I’m so glad you were able to spend time with us in Chicago. I think it worked out good to wait…this way she is more alert and smiley. Just wish we lived closer so Avalene and Willem could grow up together (and of course so you could capture every minute of it) Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us Matt!
PS those bloomers she is wearing are a special gift from her Uncle Matt and Aunt Erin!

SO PRECIOUS!! She has changed even in these few short weeks! I have 5 favorites but they are all really great shots! That last picture is so prefect, I also love the one with the little bubbles in her open smile! Beautiful dress on a beautiful girl! What a gift she is!
