The Vanderleest Family11Aug08
Erin’s cousin Shawna and her family are moving to TX from the east coast and made their way through Chattanooga at the end of the week. It has been a pleasure to have them and it was certainly a pleasure to go out and take some pictures for them today.
The boys LOVE love trains so the Chattanooga Choo Choo was an absolute MUST. We spent a lot of time wandering around with them and taking pictures with all the different trains here and there. I think they would have stayed there for the rest of the night if we let them. Then we went down to Coolidge Park and Clumpies to round out the night.
Thanks for coming guys! Click HERE for the slideshow.

Matt,
It is nearly impossible for me to put into words what these pictures mean to me. As a mother who takes this job so seriously and loves it so much I always hope that I will not forget the little things. These are the moments I never want to slip away from my mind.
You have captured our family just as we are–enjoying the blessing of each other and just having fun. The kids’ personalities a depicted so beautifully. Each picture could bring me either a smile or a tear.
I’ve been longing for the opportunity to have pictures like this taken for so long and now you have given us a treasure beyond what I had even hoped for! Thank you for sharing your time and your talents with us. I will adore these pictures and the memories they evoke always.
Thanks for everything,
Shawna

Well, Shawna says it better than I can, but obviously we are both ecstatic about the results! I must say that the whole process was natural and enjoyable. It was not what I imagined it would be for all the right reasons. Thank you again!
