		<description>My guess is that it is a Packard Clipper.  The year looks like a 1941 or 1942 but there were only a few made in 1942 since production stopped due to the war.  Production started again in 1946. Maybe someone can tell us the difference between the &#039;41, &#039;42, &#039;46, and &#039;47?</description>
