9Feb09Noah and Anna – January 10, 2009
Still not used to typing or writing 2009 :)
I shot this wedding with Alison up in Nashville the weekend after we got back from Dallas Christmas break. It was amazing. The whole day was really fun. Anna got ready in the Hermitage Hotel in Nashville… right across the street from the War Memorial Auditorium and Legislative Plaza where the rest of the day’s activities took place. Even the rain that drizzled all day didnt put a damper on the mood.
Wedding was gorgeous with full lighting design. Anna’s Dad is part of a large “big band” that played the whole night. It made for lots of fun including some swing dancing and requests. Someone will have to help me with kind of car they pulled away in… I think it was a 42 something. Anyway thanks to Alison for inviting me and thanks to Noah and Anna for having Alison and I along!

My guess is that it is a Packard Clipper. The year looks like a 1941 or 1942 but there were only a few made in 1942 since production stopped due to the war. Production started again in 1946. Maybe someone can tell us the difference between the ’41, ’42, ’46, and ’47?
